CRG Atlas LLC ("CRG Atlas," "we," "our") operates the website at crg-atlas.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It covers only this site — not any other properties operated by CRG Atlas.
What We Collect
Server and access logs. When you request a page, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) automatically records standard server-log data: your IP address, the URL requested, your browser's user-agent string, referrer URL, and a timestamp. We do not configure these logs ourselves; Cloudflare retains them according to its own data-retention policies. We can access aggregate traffic statistics through the Cloudflare dashboard but do not have a mechanism to delete individual log records on demand. If you want a record deleted, contact us and we will escalate to Cloudflare on your behalf.
Analytics. This site does not currently run Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft UET tracking. If we add either in the future, this policy will be updated before those pixels go live. Any such update will name the specific tools, describe what data they collect, and explain how to opt out.
What we do not collect. We have no contact forms, account registration, newsletter signup, or payment processing on this site. We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or any other directly identifying information from visitors unless you email us directly at [email protected].
How We Use Information
Log data is used to understand traffic volumes, diagnose technical errors, and detect abuse (e.g., scraping, DDoS attempts). We do not use it to build individual user profiles or target advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you contact us by email, we use the information in your message solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any list, forward your message to third parties, or retain it beyond the period needed to resolve your request.
Third-Party Services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare operates as a data processor and may process request data to provide CDN, DDoS protection, and hosting services. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not use third-party advertising networks, social widgets, or embedded content on this site.
CCPA (California)
If you are a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion of that data, and to opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days.
GDPR (European Economic Area)
If you access this site from the European Economic Area, certain provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may apply to you. Our lawful basis for processing server log data is legitimate interest (operating and securing a public website). You have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. To exercise those rights, contact us at [email protected]. Because we have limited visibility into Cloudflare's internal log storage, we may not be able to fulfill deletion requests for all log-level data, but we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes — for example, adding analytics pixels or a new data processor — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page before the change takes effect. We will not retroactively apply a new policy to data collected under a prior one.
